How do I reserve a room?

Our reservation process is very simple to use. Please select your desired hotel and enter in the dates and number of adults & children places required, Click on the 'Request Now' button ( this will take you to a new page). This page will ask you to enter in some more information including a email address (which we will reply to). Just fill in the required fields and click the 'Send Request' button. We will email you within 48 hrs confirming if the hotel has the availability. Assuming the hotel has the room(s) available on the dates given and you still wish to make your reservation you simply follow the links from the email and make your booking.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

We take security very seriously both your credit cards and personal information. Every effort is made to ensure your card details are safe along with your personal details given. We use ? technology to protect your personal information and use ? banking system to protect your credit card payments. Please see our 'Privacy policy' for further information and if you have any questions you would like to ask please feel free to email us just follow the links on the 'contact us' page and we will reply back.

Can I Specify where I would like my room located (Preferred floor or facing swimming pool etc)?

You may use the 'Special Requests' section on the reservation form. This information is then sent to the hotel. The hotel will do their best to accommodate your needs where possible. We cannot guarantee that your requests will be met because they are subject to availability.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

All rates shown are based on double occupancy per room and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Any extra people, children, roll-away beds ect may be subject to additional changes.

Is there a waiting list for sold out hotels?

No we are unable to offer this service at present.

How do I get a discount code or coupon?

From time to time we send out a newsletter via email which features all the latest additions to our website, any special offers and a discount voucher that you can use to redeem against a holiday booked through us. To receive the newsletter please go to our homepage and select the link to join.

How do I redeem a coupon?

If you receive a coupon through our newsletter mailing and wish to redeem the coupon against a holiday it is very simple follow the links from the email itself, you will be prompted to enter the coupon number by doing this it will apply the new reduced price.

What happens if I cancel a booking made with a coupon?

If you have used a coupon to book a holiday and have later decided to cancel the holiday you will unable to use this discount towards another.

What happens if I receive a voucher after i have made a booking?

We do not except vouchers after the booking has been made. The voucher is for future bookings. We like to reward our customers loyalty so you get the best prices possible for our valued customers but these vouchers must be used at time of booking.

Can I transfer the coupon to a friend?

Yes you can just forward on the email to them and they can use it the same way as you would. They will also automatically be signed up to our Newsletter to receive further offers (you can opt out at any time).

Once I have made my booking will I receive any written confirmation from the hotel?

No you will receive a email detailing all you need from TravelSpeak which you can just take along to the hotel. The email will contain your full itinerary including reference numbers, Hotel details, the rate, cancellation policy etc.

How do I cancel my booking made?

If you wish to cancel a booking please go to the contact us page and follow the links. In the unlikely event you wish to cancel your holiday with us we will promise to respond to your email within 48 hrs. Please see our full terms & Conditions for our cancellation policy.

I have a question about a hotel shown can someone help me?

We strive to offer the best information on all hotels, However if there is something you need to know that we haven't shown, please contact us though the contact us page and we will do our best to find out. We will email you first to confirm we have received your query (usually within 24hrs) then if unable to answer straight away will get back to asap we may need to contact the hotel directly and therefor wait for there response.

Is there a hotel shuttle service to/from the airport?

Many hotels offer this service it may or may not be included in the price but the option(s) will be shown with the hotel details. If the hotel does not offer this service we will send you all the details you will need including full hotel address and map to help you get to your hotel (this will arrive via email along with your full booking information).

Is parking available? Free Parking?

If you have arranged a hire car and need to know if the hotel has parking. Please look at the booking details sent to you via email this will show you if there are any the parking arrangements at the hotel. Please note, The hotel may charge a parking fee. (TravelSpeak does not show parking fee's).

What if there will be more than two adults in the room?

Most hotels allow additional guests to stay in the rooms at a charge. Some hotels and most apartments have a limit on how many people can stay in a room. This may be listed on the hotel information page.

Our children will be with us do they stay free?

Usually children under 12 years of age stay for free in their parent's room using existing bedding. The age requirement differs depending on the specific hotel's policy. This may be listed on the hotel information page.

Are rollaway beds/cots available?

Most hotels offer rollaway beds & cots (some charge for these please see hotel information page for details) Some may have restrictions on what room types will allow rollaway beds information may be listed on the hotel information page. Please use the special requests section for additional beds.

What are the directions to the hotel?

The location information of the hotel is sometimes listed on the hotel information page. This can identify the distance from the hotel to certain landmarks or the airport. If maps are available for your chosen hotel they will be sent to you via email with your booking details.

Is breakfast Included?

Many hotels offers free breakfast. Often this is a continental breakfast. If it is included in the price it will be shown on the hotel information page.

Do hotels have minimum age requirements?

Please be aware that some hotels may have minimum age restrictions or requirements. If there are restrictions this will be shown on the hotel information page.

How long does it take to write a review?

Approximately 5-15 minutes, depending on the review length. (please do not leave personal information with your review , your name only can be left if you wish)

What is your privacy policy?

We are very careful about protecting your personal information. Please consult our privacy policy for details.

Will the hotel know that I posted a review?

No, We do not share any information about our customers. The hotel will not know that you posted the review. However if specific incidents that occurred during the trip are mentioned, the hotel may be able to deduce your identity.

Why should I write a review?

Writing a review allows you to share your knowledge and expertise with other travellers, which helps them make informed decisions when selecting hotels for their next trip.

Will my review be edited?

No, we are unable to edit reviews. Reviews must meet certain guidelines before they will be published. They will then appear within a week on our website.

Why can't I see my review anymore?

We keep reviews up to a max of 25 per hotel. When more recent reviews come online older reviews get replaced by new reviews.
