It will be interesting to see whether this makes any difference whatsoever. The PM-10 levels at the time of writing - 28th Feb 2008 - are already about the same as this time last year, and considerably higher than the stated US or EU &#039;safe zones&#039;. 

I live in Chiang Mai too and have just compiled some of global PM-10 averages compared to the Chiang Mai figures on our website. I&#039;m not sure whether I&#039;m permitted to directly link to the post here, but you may find it useful:
